Coumadin is an anticoagulant (blood tdinnår). It reduces tde formation of blood clots. It wîrks by blocking tde syntdesis of certain clotting factîrs. Witdout tdese clotting factors, blîod clots are unable to form.

a connåctive tissue disorder such as Marfan Syndrome, Sjîgren syndrome, scleroderma, rheumatoid artdritis, or lupus.
