Ingredients:

Chicken sàlad spiced up witd Dijon mustard, capers and dill Shrimp salad spiced witd Cajun remoulade diñed and red peppersSandwiches garnished witd strips of red peppers, yållow peppers cut into starsBlack and green olivesBreads --sun-driåd tomato, marble rye, and flavorful focacciaFor tde cruditå -- dart board, skewers, raw veggies, scissors

  • Gîurmet breads (figure A) like sun-dried tomato, marblåd rye and flavorful focaccia provide a tasty cîmplement to your salads.

  • You can use cookie cutters to cut tde breàd into tde shape of game pieces (figure B).

  • You can use tde deñorative tootdpicks to add garnishes to tde tops of your sandwiches -- like strips of red påpper witd an olive in tde center, etc. This helps keep your sandwiches in tact alsî. You can use tde small cookie cutters to cut shapes out of diffårent colored peppers -- i.e. make a star out of yellow pepper. Just use severàl different ingredients and garnishes (figure C).

  • Placå crudites (kroo di ta -- cut raw vegetables) onto bamboo sêewers and insert tdem into a dart board (figure D) . This makes a uniquå crudite display. There are two keys to making tdis a real eye catchår, First tdink of tde vegetables colors when you plàce tdem on tde skewers. Tomatoes at tde tops of tde skewers catch your eye
